Terms and Conditions – 98prk Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 98prk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 98prk website located at 98prk.ws, along with all associated services, features, content, and functionality.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, participating in any promotion, or making any financial transaction on 98prk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process on 98prk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 98prk platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 98prk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or active ban on any 98prk account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 98prk or any associated company.

98prk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification of your age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is completed. If it is determined that you registered while under 18 years of age, your account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and your deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of 98prk.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 98prk. Maintaining multiple accounts – whether in your own name, under different names, or using different contact details – is a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, 98prk will close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated bonuses, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

When registering on 98prk, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Notify 98prk promptly if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 98prk will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are correctly entered is your responsibility.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not allow others to use your 98prk account.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

98prk may require identity verification at any stage of your membership. This may include a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

All financial transactions on 98prk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on 98prk is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 98prk does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your 98prk account using their own payment method – are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating account.

• All deposits must originate from legitimately held funds.
• You must not use 98prk for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any suspicion of such activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• 98prk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposits that are charged back by a payment provider after funds have been used for betting will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 98prk is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. If that is not possible, an alternative method may be requested. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within one to six hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or cards verified as belonging to the member requesting the withdrawal. 98prk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, 98prk may require the following verification to be complete:

• Identity verification (government-issued ID)
• Proof that the deposit payment method is owned by you
• Completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements
• Confirmation that no open dispute or investigation is pending on the account

In cases where a withdrawal has been delayed beyond the standard processing time, members should contact 98prk support with their transaction reference number. Most delays are resolved within a few hours once the support team investigates.

All bets placed on 98prk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules that apply across all markets on 98prk are outlined below. Sport-specific rules are available within each relevant section of the platform.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once 98prk displays a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. At that point, the bet cannot be cancelled by the member except through the Cash Out feature where available and where Cash Out is offered at the applicable live price.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection on most markets. Specific markets may have higher minimums displayed on the bet slip.
• Maximum bet: Varies by market, event, and member account status. Maximum bet limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: If odds change between placing and confirmation, 98prk will prompt you to accept the new price. You may decline. Bets are never confirmed at a price lower than the price displayed when you initiated the bet without your explicit acceptance.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, walkover, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Void bets result in the stake being returned to your 98prk wallet.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. 98prk will not knowingly accept in-play bets after an event has concluded.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections.

98prk reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel bets at its sole discretion where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, system errors, market abuse, or bet placement that is designed to exploit pricing anomalies rather than reflect genuine sporting opinion.

98prk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all 98prk bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying bet criteria are stated clearly in each offer's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet the minimum odds specified in the promotion terms. Generally this is 1.50 or higher.
• Certain game categories – such as some virtual sports or specific slot games – may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 98prk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been activated by the member.
• Members found to be abusing the bonus system – including through matched betting with excluded funds, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other accounts – will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

Cashback offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards each have their own applicable terms. 98prk does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific promotion type beyond the stated promotional period.

The integrity of betting markets and card games on 98prk depends on all members competing honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies rather than reporting them to 98prk support.
• Colluding with other members during card game sessions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with associated accounts to abuse promotions or guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Using information obtained through illegal means – such as match-fixing information – to place bets on 98prk.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method on 98prk.

98prk uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular activity across all betting markets and game tables. If unusual patterns are detected, 98prk may pause withdrawals and request additional verification before an investigation is completed. Members found to have violated fair play rules will not be entitled to any winnings accumulated through the prohibited activity.

98prk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. We take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 98prk member directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Timers: Receive on-screen reminders when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account from betting for periods between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily suspend your 98prk account. The minimum self-exclusion period is six months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Members who self-exclude from 98prk request that we do not send them promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. We will honour such requests to the best of our technical ability. All content on the 98prk platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data – is the intellectual property of 98prk or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 98prk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 98prk content without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 98prk's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98prk's liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98prk shall not be liable for any loss or damage – including loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss – arising from:

• System downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond 98prk's reasonable control.
• Errors in displayed odds or prices that are clearly the result of a manifest system error.
• Member actions including breaches of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or failure to maintain account security.
• Third-party payment provider delays, failures, or charges.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 98prk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

98prk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match fixing, or collusion.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers in a manner designed to circumvent their intended purpose.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• At the member's own request, including through self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a member's own request or where no wrongdoing is involved, 98prk will return the verified account balance to the member using their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 98prk reserves the right to withhold funds where legally permitted to do so.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so through their account settings or by contacting 98prk support. If you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, please use the self-exclusion tool to ensure the closure has the appropriate protections attached.

98prk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 98prk will provide reasonable notice to members through one or more of the following channels: a notification on the platform when you next log in, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the website.

Changes to these Terms take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of 98prk after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
